• How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? Please reserve at least one month prior to event date so we can get all your music ready and your event outline done in time for your event..

• Can your DJ MC our event? Can you provide a microphone? We can DJ and MC your event and have a wireless and wired microphone for your event..

• What are your standard payment terms? Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer, Paypal & Cash..

• What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? Satisfaction guaranteed or we refund 25% of event fee..

• What is your event cancellation policy? All events require a 20% deposit which is non-refundable if client cancels 30 days or less from the event date..

• What type of equipment do you use? What special feature (lighting, etc) can you provide? We use professional night club equipment such as Rane, Denon, EV, etc. We have intelligent ligting that flashes and moves to the beat of the msuic. Lighting can beam on the dance floor or off the ceiling and are hung from either tripod stands or trusses..

• We want to meet and talk to the DJ that will be at our wedding reception, is that a problem? We always meet in person with our clients unless distance is a factor. In that case we communicate via phone and e-mail..

• How early do you typically arrive before an event? We arrive at least one hour prior to start of the event..

• How many weddings do you perform each year? We do from 30-40 weddings per year..

• Do you bring backup equipment to the event? Do you have backup djs in case of sickness? We always bring back up equipment for any emergency. There's always a standby DJ in case of illness..

• Can guests make song requests? How many (and what types) of CDs will the DJ bring to the event? We play all our music from mp3 files. We have over 16,000 songs spanning many generations from 50s to the present. Guest requests are welcomed if the client allows. .

• Do we need to provide a meal for the DJ during the event? Not necessarily, but meals are always appreciated for events lasting longer than 4 hours..

• What happens prior to the wedding? When do you need our song list? We meet with you in person if distance allows and go over all the details of your event. We can also go over the planing via phone or e-mail. We require that your song list be turned in at least a week before the event date so that we can get your playlist ready..

• Do you disc jockeys take any breaks or pauses from playing music? The music is continuous throughout your event unless you request that we stop playing to allow for other functions or items on your event agenda..

• What standard attire will the DJ wear to my function? May I request that the DJ wear a tuxedo? For most events I wear slacks & black button shirt. For weddings and other formal events I wear a black tuxedo. The client can request that we wear a tuxedo for their event..
